Comment Brought in Kia Soul for it's 30k mile service and was surprised when Service Advisor told me it would cost $500. I asked if that was what was needed to fulfill the warranty and was told that it was. I opted for an oil change because I was surprised by the high cost and didn't want to make that commitment on the spot.
Called a few days later to schedule the service and 4 tires and was told it would take a few hours. Actually, I brought it in at 7:30 am and it was not ready the following morning until 10:00 despite SA saying he would "take care of it" and have it ready at 7:30.
I again expressed surprise that the service was so expensive.
Very poor service, was told I was being given a $100 discount for the bad service, which turned out to be a current offer when purchasing 4 tires.
The next day I saw that the service I had been sold was the "Better" plan, when the service I needed to satisfy the warranty is actually $175.
I was clear that I wanted only what was needed to keep the warranty intact. The Service Advisor lied when I asked if this ($500) was what I had to do to keep the warranty intact.
Lastly, I submitted my complaint to the General Manager on their site but no response.

I was surprised at the ease which my son was able to purchase his first car. They worked with us and were able to get him in the car of his choice. No pressure sale, very laid back encounter. I started working with Tristan online and he was very quick to follow up. I arrived and he was there and ready with the vehicle we spoke about. He was very knowledgeable of the car, its features, warranties, and financing. He gave me time and space to discuss when I needed it and made it a no pressure and very smooth experience. I loved buying a new car.
Extremely happy wih Kearny Pearson and with George our sales guy. Got the best deal on a new Kia Sorento SX. I considered going to a dealer closer to my home, but after seeing negative reviews about that dealer and then seeing all the five star reviews for Kearny Pearson it only made sense that I go with the dealership who is making thier customers happy. I can definitely say I am very happy with the customer service I have recieved here and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Ben did an outstading job helping me get the best car that fits my needs. Being a first time buyer this experience was plesant and smooth. Ben has great customer services.
Jovic did an excellent job of getting right down to business. He understood the features of the car quite well and the key selling points. We had already seen the Optima and knew what we wanted and he quickly moved us to the closing process, which he and his manager handled very professionally.
Salesperson and Sales manager were very understanding of my needs and my situation of needing a new vehicle. Were very friendly, courteous and respectful. We were able again to make a purchase from here. Very impressive service!

He was extremely patient, listened to our needs and concerns, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience went smoothly. Buying a car is a huge decision and can be stressful, the experience with Jovic was great because he made sure he took care of us in every way that he could.

Donjie Custodio got me everything I asked for in a timely manner and did it all with a smile. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted (color, trim, model). I couldn't ask for a better sales associate here. :)
We had a great experience with Jose in the purchase of the vehicle. We had discussions about the tax title tags and he was receptive to discussing it. (He and Mike the manager) Overall I would rate him highly and would buy from him again, a highly professional individual
They didn't have what i wanted on site but they transfered 2 from different stores (one initially then another after that one was found to be a bad fit) to get what i did want. Thanks!
